Terms of use

Eligibility and acceptance

These terms are an agreement between you and KMP SK, an individually operated project (contact: help@kmpsk.com). You must be able to form a binding contract where you live to purchase or use the kit. If you're buying on behalf of an employer or client, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for them. Completing a purchase or using the kit means you accept these terms.

The product

KMP SK is downloadable source code and related documentation. Source is the version current at purchase, delivered as a download. Lifetime includes that version plus later kit versions through read-only access to the private product repository. You are responsible for evaluating whether it fits your project and for testing, securing, configuring and publishing the apps you build. Product features and third-party integrations may change as their underlying platforms evolve.

Purchases, pricing and taxes

Prices are shown in US dollars and displayed before checkout. Payment is processed by the checkout provider; you must provide accurate information and may not use a payment method without permission. You're responsible for any taxes, duties or currency-conversion fees your bank or card network applies to the purchase. Access is for the purchaser and permitted collaborators under the applicable license. Lifetime repository access is granted to the purchaser as a read-only outside collaborator and may be removed if the license is breached. License and acceptable use

Your use of the source is governed by the license delivered with the product. You may not redistribute, resell or publish the kit as a starter kit or competing template, interfere with the website, evade access controls or use the service unlawfully.

Ownership and intellectual property

KMP SK owns all copyright and other intellectual property in the source code, documentation and branding it delivers. Buying the kit grants you a license as described on the license page and in the repository — it does not transfer ownership of that code to you. You own the apps, content and branding you create using the kit. If you believe something KMP SK has published infringes your rights, contact help@kmpsk.com.

Third-party components

The kit includes references and integrations for third-party services and open-source libraries you may use in the apps you build. Each remains governed by its own license or terms, and you're responsible for reviewing and complying with them. KMP SK does not operate, control or take responsibility for those third-party services.

Support and availability

Support depends on the purchased tier. Service, download and repository access may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, provider outages or security work. Lifetime includes later versions of the kit while the product is offered, plus support for the lifetime of the product — not a guaranteed response time or a promise that KMP SK will operate forever.

Disclaimers and warranty

The kit is provided as available, without a promise that it will meet every requirement or work without interruption or error. To the extent permitted by law, KMP SK disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing here limits rights or warranties that cannot legally be limited.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, KMP SK is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the website or kit, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid KMP SK in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold KMP SK harmless from claims, losses or expenses arising from your use or misuse of the kit, the apps you build with it, or your breach of these terms.

Termination

KMP SK may suspend or terminate your access to the source repository for material breach of these terms, including violating the license's redistribution restrictions. Ending access doesn't by itself entitle you to a refund beyond what our refund policy provides. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law — continue to apply.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If mandatory consumer-protection law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts, this section doesn't take that right away.

General provisions

• Force majeure: KMP SK isn't liable for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• Export and sanctions: you confirm you're not located in a country subject to comprehensive trade sanctions and not on a restricted-party list, and won't use the kit in violation of applicable export laws.
• Severability: if any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• Entire agreement: these terms, the license and any policies they reference are the whole agreement between you and KMP SK regarding the kit.
• Assignment: KMP SK may assign these terms as part of a business transfer; you may not assign them without consent.
• No waiver: not enforcing a provision on one occasion doesn't waive the right to enforce it later.

Affiliate program

Invited partners who share KMP SK through a tracking link also agree to the separate affiliate terms. Affiliate links do not change the buyer's public price, and creator copies do not automatically enroll someone as an affiliate.
