Privacy policy
This policy explains the limited personal information processed when you visit KMP SK, contact us, or make a purchase.
Last updated: August 20, 2026Who we are
KMP SK is an individually operated project, not a registered company. For anything in this policy — questions, requests or complaints — contact help@kmpsk.com. We don't publish a separate business address; email is the fastest and most reliable way to reach us.
Information we process
- Contact and application information: your email address and message when you contact KMP SK, and the details you submit if you apply for a creator copy (name, where you create, a channel or profile link, and a short note about what you'd cover).
- Purchase information: product tier, the email address Stripe collected for the payment, transaction status and identifiers needed to confirm and support an order. For Lifetime, we also use the GitHub username you give us in your kit so we can invite you to the private product repository, and the Discord username you give us so we can add you to the buyer group. Card details are never entered on or stored by this website — see Payments below.
- Technical information: ordinary server and security logs such as IP address, user agent, requested URL and request time.
- Affiliate program information: a partner's name, email, tracking slug, status, sign-in records, attributed Checkout Session identifiers, referred plan and pre-tax sale amount. For fraud review, the buyer email is stored with the referred sale but is visible only to the KMP SK administrator, never to the partner.
Cookies
- kmpsk_billing_sandbox_user: a random identifier set when checkout starts, used only to link your browser to your in-progress Stripe checkout session. It does not contain your name, email or any other personal data, and is not used for tracking or advertising.
- kmpsk_account or __Host-kmpsk_account: a signed session cookie set after you open a one-time sign-in link sent to the Stripe paying email. It lets you reopen your kit. It is not used for tracking or advertising.
- kmpsk_partner_consent: remembers whether you chose to allow or decline optional partner attribution so the site can respect that choice.
- kmpsk_via: an optional first-party, HttpOnly partner slug stored only after you choose “Allow partner cookie.” It uses last-click attribution and normally expires after 60 days. Without your consent, a
viaorrefURL is treated as organic and is not persisted. - Affiliate panel sessions: __Secure-kmpsk_admin and __Secure-kmpsk_partner are necessary, scoped session cookies set after a one-time email link opens the corresponding private panel. Local development uses unprefixed equivalents because it is not on HTTPS.
Payments
Checkout is provided by Stripe. When you start a purchase, KMP SK's server requests a checkout session from its payment processor and sends your browser to Stripe's own hosted checkout page. Payment card details are entered there, not on this website, and are not stored by KMP SK. Stripe processes that information under its own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.
Other service providers
This website and its two app-owned databases are hosted on Cloudflare's network, payments are handled by Stripe and its payment infrastructure partner, and Lifetime repository access is granted through GitHub. The affiliate program uses first-party KMP SK storage; it does not load a third-party affiliate, analytics, or advertising script.
How we use information
- To answer you: replying to messages and applications you send us.
- To fulfil purchases: processing and confirming orders, sending a sign-in link to the paying email, serving the Source download from your kit, inviting Lifetime buyers to the product repository, adding buyers to the Discord group, and providing support.
- To keep things secure: preventing abuse and protecting the website and its users.
- To operate the affiliate program: issuing invited partners a tracking link, attributing consented paid sales, showing partners their own sale count and purchase volume, reviewing possible self-referrals, and accounting with partners offline.
- To meet legal obligations: keeping records that accounting or tax law requires.
How long we keep information
- Messages and applications: kept until your request is resolved and for a short period afterward, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Transaction records: kept as long as accounting or tax law requires us to keep them.
- Delivery records: the Stripe paying email, plan, purchase identifiers and kit sign-in records are kept long enough to deliver the kit, reopen it later, and avoid sending duplicate emails.
- Technical logs: kept for a short operational period and then discarded.
- Affiliate records: partner identity and confirmed or voided sale records are kept for operating the program, dispute review, and accounting obligations. Expired magic links, panel sessions, and rate-limit records are cleaned automatically.
- Cookies: checkout, account, partner-attribution, and panel cookies expire automatically as described above or when cleared.
International data handling
This website runs on a global hosting network, and Stripe's payment infrastructure may process information in countries other than your own. Information described in this policy may therefore be handled outside the country you're in.
Security
The website is served entirely over HTTPS. Checkout ownership, account, partner-attribution, and panel session cookies that carry sensitive or authoritative values are HttpOnly and Secure so page scripts cannot read them and browsers do not send them over an unencrypted connection. One-time links are hashed, expire after 15 minutes, and can be consumed once. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but these are the measures in place.
Children's privacy
KMP SK is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact help@kmpsk.com and we will delete it.
Your rights and choices
- Access, correction and deletion: depending on where you live, applicable law may give you the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. Send a request to help@kmpsk.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it.
- Partner-cookie choice: partner attribution is optional. You can decline when the notice appears or use the control above to clear the partner cookie and turn future attribution off. This does not affect Checkout or the price you pay.
- No sale or advertising sharing: KMP SK does not sell personal information and does not use third-party advertising trackers. Partners see only their own confirmed dates, plans, and sale amounts—not buyer emails.
- Complaints: if you believe your information has been mishandled, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority in your country.
