Refund policy
KMP SK is source code delivered on purchase — as a download for Source, and as private repository access for Lifetime. Because delivered source can't be returned, all sales are final.

All sales are final
KMP SK does not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations. Because the kit is source code delivered immediately as a download or as private repository access, once it's delivered it can't be "returned," and this applies to every purchase regardless of reason.
Source → Lifetime upgrade
A paid upgrade from Source to Lifetime is a new one-time sale of the extra Lifetime access, not a refund or partial credit of the original Source purchase. Both the original Source sale and the upgrade sale are final.
Billing and delivery errors
This is separate from the no-refunds rule above: if you were charged more than once for the same order, cannot access the product you paid for, or received the wrong tier, contact us promptly with your checkout email and transaction details. We will investigate and correct a verified mistake on our end — that's fixing our error, not an exception to the policy above.
Statutory rights we can't override
In the European Union, United Kingdom and some other jurisdictions, consumers normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. That right ends once delivery begins if you expressly asked for immediate access and accepted that you'd lose the right to withdraw by doing so — by completing checkout to receive immediate download or repository access, you're making that request. Where mandatory law in your location requires a refund or cancellation right this policy doesn't provide, that right applies regardless of what this page says.
Chargebacks
If something's wrong with your order, contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank — most issues can be resolved faster that way. For a purchase that was correctly delivered and isn't in dispute under Billing and delivery errors above, KMP SK will contest an unwarranted chargeback using its records of delivery, and access may be revoked while a chargeback is open or after an unwarranted one is filed.
