Affiliate terms

Invitation and acceptance

The program is invite-only. You join when KMP SK creates your partner account, sends your sign-in link, and you begin using the tracking link. A creator copy does not automatically enroll someone as an affiliate. You must be able to enter a binding contract where you live and provide accurate contact information.

Tracking and referred purchases

Your official link uses ?via=your-slug. If a visitor accepts optional partner cookies, KMP SK uses last-click attribution, typically for up to 60 days. Browser restrictions, deleted cookies, device changes, a later partner link, or technical failure can shorten or replace that attribution.

A referred purchase is a complete, paid Source or Lifetime sale that was linked to your active partner account at Checkout and remains confirmed in the affiliate ledger. Free creator copies, unpaid or abandoned Checkouts, internal links, and voided sales do not count.

Sale records and accounting

If we agreed you earn a commission, that rate is between us and is not published. It does not change the buyer's price. This site records which sales you referred and their pre-tax purchase amounts so we can account with you offline. Your panel shows attributed revenue, not a commission balance or an amount owed. A confirmed ledger entry records attribution only; it does not mean a commission is earned or payable.

The payment method, schedule, supporting records, taxes, and any other commercial terms are handled separately. Regardless of any separately agreed schedule, commission on a referred purchase is provisional and is not earned, due, or payable until all refund, cancellation, and statutory withdrawal periods applicable to that purchase have expired and the sale remains paid and unreversed. KMP SK may continue to withhold the related commission while any dispute, chargeback, fraud review, or payment-provider inquiry remains unresolved. This rule does not create or extend any buyer refund, cancellation, or withdrawal right.

You act as an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, joint venturer, or representative of KMP SK, and are responsible for your own reporting and taxes.

Voids, refunds, and self-referrals

A sale that is refunded, cancelled, withdrawn, found fraudulent, finally charged back, or otherwise reversed may be voided and removed from the confirmed count and purchase total. A fully voided sale earns no commission; a partial refund or reversal reduces commission proportionately. If a void or reversal occurs after commission was paid, KMP SK may deduct the resulting overpayment from a future payment or require repayment, to the extent permitted by law. Self-purchases are prohibited. A matching partner and buyer email is flagged for manual review rather than automatically voided because shared inboxes can create false matches.

Clear disclosures

Disclose the relationship clearly and close to every affiliate link in a way an ordinary reader can notice and understand. A suitable example is: “I earn a commission if you buy through this link. You pay the same price.” Follow the advertising and consumer-protection rules that apply to you and your audience.

Brand and promotion rules

• Do not bid on the KMP SK or kmpsk brand, misspellings, or branded search terms.
• Do not register official-looking domains, accounts, or pages, or imply that you operate or represent KMP SK.
• Do not use cookie stuffing, misleading redirects, spam, fake claims, or place a tracking link without a real user action and consent.
• Do not advertise discount codes or a lower buyer price. The program uses links only.
• Do not make unsupported product claims or promise automatic GitHub, Discord, support, or delivery outcomes beyond the public product page.

Access, suspension, and ending the relationship

KMP SK may pause a partner link or panel access while reviewing abuse, quality, legal, security, or payment concerns. Either side may end the relationship by email. Confirmed sale records and obligations that arose before termination remain subject to the separate agreement and applicable law; future tracking may stop immediately.

General terms

The program and panel are provided on an as-available basis. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it. These terms are governed by Cyprus law, subject to any mandatory rights that apply where you live. The general terms of useand privacy policy also apply.
